「Very clean room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They cleaned our room daily and the common areas between hotels was nice. I would stay here again. 2 suggestions get matress toppers and put a dresser in the room. 」

「Downtown but not too expensive. Indoor/outdoor pool, not crowded, walking distance from high street, across the street is the best sunset in Columbus.」

「Parking is super expensive. They waved it for some people who stayed in the hotel but not for all of us . You need to park in the parking garage on 401 not the 400 address to the hotel. Pool is small and cold 」

「This hotel was amazing and we cannot wait to stay again! There was a mix up with our room which the staff resolved - they were so friendly and helpful. The food so good. Normally hotel breakfasts are bland and basic. This was beyond delicious. The only negative thing about the hotel was the toilet paper. It was rough and felt cheap. Everything else was amazing! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. 」

「The people were amazing, the entire location was loosely themed to support a music festival that was happening. Room was dated and cleanliness was average for the price. Main pro was the staff who were all gracious, the room just somewhat net expectations. 」

「Refreshing and peaceful place to stay. It was clean, and I felt safe in the downtown area. Staff were friendly. The only downside to the trip is that parking is less than ideal. At $26 per day it’s a bit over-the-top. The “official” lot for the hotel is a block away, and that is much less but not all travelers can walk because of disabilities, etc.」
