「The space looks great, and the overall ambience is very good. The staff were kind and respectful. However, the property needs to have better amenities - 1. We didn’t get running hot water even in the morning (it was lukewarm at best) 2. The phones in the room was only functioning half the time 3. It’s advertised as a private pool, but it’s not private at all. The pool is clearly visible to everyone walking by and maintenance and cleaning staff are going around most of the time and can see you...

「The room and stay was excellent. Only thing was that we stayed in the Family room No.220 and the TV, phone and the Kettle did not work initially. Then they made the TV and the kettle to work but the phone was out of order and hence calling the reception became a problem. Other than this one thing, everything else was fabulous. We were taken very good care. Will visit this resort again for sure.」

「We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return.」

「Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort...
