「Not so good experience. We couldn’t check in until 45 minutes later than the scheduled time because the room wasn’t ready. No one made our beds or took our trash. Had to ask for toilet paper and took out our own trash. Overheard staff member complaining that staff called out.」

「The hotel was very nice but the jacuzzi was supposed to be 16 plus. There were about 8 kids in the jacuzzi splashing water and jumping in so it was not a relaxing experience.」

「Place is unbelievable 4 minute walk to beach and everything!! Brett and Bill are awesome. So accommodating. They go out of their way to take great care of your needs. Beach towels chairs 24 hr coffee. Free breakfast and it’s good just to name some of the great stuff and free wine and cheese at 5. Can’t wait to come back next summer. Bringing whole family We’re from NH. This is one of the coolest beaches and beach towns I’ve ever been too!!」

「We love staying at this hotel and have always had great experiences in the past. However, during this visit, we noticed that the overall cleanliness was not up to the standards we have come to expect. One of our beds had someone else's hair in it, which was disappointing. We also booked a room with two queen beds, but the beds appeared to be full-size instead.
