「Great location. You can walk to Metro (Rogier) and shopping mall (City 2) within 5 minutes. Although there are some homeless on the street, it is still safe around the hotel. The front desk staff are super helpful. They help me to photocopy document and tell me the direction of my school. That's why I extend 1 week in this hotel. I would definitely choose Thon Hotel if I visit Brussels in the future. I will recommondend to my friends too. 」

「There are a lot of strangers outside the hotel. The room is not very clean. There are a lot of black dirt on the towels, bed sheet and pillows. The staff’s attitude is not very good. They don’t show smile or eye contact when they talk to customers. If you have a baby with you, this is definitely not a suitable hotel for you to stay because there is no bottle water or hot water bottle inside your room. 「我們入住3晚，第二天沒有清潔房間，要親身到接待處要求派人清潔及更換毛巾。此外，第三天晚上房門被鎖，不能進入，到接待櫃台查詢，指我欠4元多歐羅稅項，入住時已繳按金，加上未退房，為何要繳稅戓付費呢？」

「I booked a twin bed room and fully paid, however I got a tiny single bed room which is cheaper price. I traveled from a long way to the hotel, I was really tired and had to get ready for my next day business. Instead I had to argue with the reception because they thought I was alone so they arranged a tiny single bed room for me even though I paid for twin bed room for 2 nights.
