Long walk to ladies market 45 min - but did it multiple times and very interesting walk if you dont mind a few miles. Room overlooked bay had two bedrooms and a kitchen - was like an apartment. Lobby is kind of small - but nice shared space with vie of pay on 10th floor. Kitchen was awesome for us as we ate home two nights which was a big relief from eating out after two weeks travelling. Attention to detail such as toothpaste hair ties, sewing kit in room, chargers in night stands, daily snacks commemorating fall festival, tea cup put out, ice bucket filled. Helpful practical concierge service by Chris. Great craft cocktails specific to lobby and top floor bar. Excellent views of the city. Don’t forget to read about the amenities on the TV menu which has an excellent sound system. Highly recommend."

"From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The staff are above and beyond attentive, the facilities first class and the rooms perfection. We took the upgrade to a harbour view room which didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with the most comfy beds. The bathroom was practical and clean with a wet room as well as bath. Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice and again the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and efficient. Also used the pool and gym - fantastic facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even allowing us to freshen up in the gym facilities post checkout due to a late flight. The location in TST is so handy for everything. A visit to the hotel Sky bar is a must. I cannot recommend the Sheraton and its team highly enough. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you to you all!"
