「The check-in process was not easy. Arrived late at night and used the instructions provided but could not get into the room. Messaged the host but they did not respond. They didn’t care to respond at all, even later. The checkout time is very early at 10am which is earlier than most places. The host cannot hold the luggage so you need to walk 10 min from the location to have your luggage stored for an additional fee. All this information was provided after I reserved a place. 「This property is very clean with a comfortable bed and full kitchen. The location is excellent near lots of restaurants and shops and the river boardwalk. The building is very quiet. A check in time earlier than 4:00, and air conditioning would be nice. We would stay there again.」
