Checking in, the gentleman attendant was unsure why we needed a king bed being 2 women. Some diversity training might be in order. We had 2 wash clothes and no other linens in our room. We were told to come down to the desk to get towels. After being out for the evening we came back to a completely soaked floor (carpeted)yuk!! on one side of the bed. We were also given a handicapped room. Shouldn’t those be reserved for people who really need them? The bathroom sliding doors were very difficult to close with 2 hands for us. Not sure how a truly handicapped individual would be able to manage. We have stayed at many Marriott properties in the past with no issues. I would not recommend this property!

Room was nice, staff was excellent! There was an odd burning smell in the lobby by the pool exit which was overwhelming. Breakfast was hot and fresh, just a bummer the waffle maker was out a few days. Nice location and easy parking.

Clerical error led to issues. Didn’t have room on night needed, and no efforts made to fix by property. Ended up staying on the right night, just not at this hotel. The La Quinta is close and far more accommodating.
