This property was under renovation....shower leaked due to improper caulking, holes in wall from prehung pictures, construction material stacked everywhere, no game room, no conference rooms, $3.50 12oz bottle water, lounge not open per the hours advertised....they need to give back their Marriott
Badge....the only exceptional service was the valet. Obviously contracted because they displayed nothing short of exceptional professionalism, timeliness and courtesy. I'm going to find out which company contracts for that hotel...they've cracked the code on how to run a business. Short of the pros who parked my car....i should've checked out on the word go.
