Sketchy place

Bugs everywhere, loud neighbors, fighting, low water pressure that constantly went from scolding hot to freezing, The heater/ac unit didn't even work. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Would not recommend to a dog

My son lost power at his house so I made the reservation with the no refund. He got there and the clerk told him there was no reservation and it was not his problem. Hotels.com called for 3 hours without an answer. My son drove 130 miles to our house in Woodward so he could sleep in a warm bed. Lost $130 because it was non-refundable

Horrible and nightmare experience during a crisis!

During the ice storm last Tuesday 10/27 in Oklahoma City. Which I had to get an hotel since the power was out so tried to book an hotel through the hotel.com site. When I’ve found one at Oaktree and suite on meridian Ave. When I got there and went to the front desk to check in which the hotel clerk said, “ the power went down and so the phone lines that connected to the phone and fax are still down.” So therefore, couldn’t check in and never did since the hotel didn’t get a fax of my confirmation that I made a payment for the room. So now, trying to get my refund and boy.. it’s taking forever for the f-ing process to get a waiver for my refund. So it’s been a horrible experience through this site and the hotel which I will not use them at all again. Especially through a crisis!!!

It was an environment full of drugs and drug activity. Lots of crime and drug traffic and gang members.

The toilet didn’t work. When I went to the front desk, I was given a plunger! The person at the front desk asked if I could fix it or if I preferred someone doing it. Now I don’t mind the work, but isn’t your property to take care of? What if I made it worse? I would’ve been charged with damages!

I paid for 5 nights stayed 1 the condition of the room was so bad roaches smoke alarm not working kept beeping just all around nasty place not to mention the dope fiends roaming outside

The roaches are super friendly

It has a roach problem. There is mold in the bathroom and also in the fridge which had no light. The walls were dirty and it had dust everywhere. The sofa had stains and the furniture was dated. Plus it had a musty odor. It was overall the worst experience ever. Im highly upset with Hotels.com as well. Being a worldwide brand they shouldn't book their clients at roach motels.

Absolutely horrible! The staff are aome of the rudest people I have met. The motel is rundown, with holes in the walls, our door had been kicked open, nails held it together. They refuaes to put us in a different room. They had cockroaches all over. Wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hate!!

Roach Motel

The price and location was just right. But the room was marginal at best. The room I had was roach infested. I was afraid to unpack my suitcase, or to leave it in the room, for fear that roaches of roaches getting into my clothes and suitcase...and be taken back home when I checked-out.

It was the worst stay in a very long time. Everything was dirty, cockroaches everywhere, the owner was rude, and the front desk didn’t even know how to check us in

Disgustingly Atrocious

No pool. But website claims outdoor pool. No kitchenette, but we site claims included. Same with stove & full size refrigerator. Non existent. Booked a room with queen beds, both were full size. Room was extremely disgustingly dirty. Roach droppings every where. Old stains all over the place. Floor/carpet was moist from who knows. There was physical blood stains on the wall and bathroom. There was a box TV. Front clerk acted and treated me like she didn't give a sh#t and wanted me out of the lobby fast. Just the MOST disgusting, run down, roach infested, drug dealing, prostitution motel EVER. RUN AWAY. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Yuck!!!

Cockroaches were swarming the walls and floors. Floors hadn't been vacuumed at all. Bedspread was full of holes and dead bugs. Bathroom tub was horrendous. Keep driving down the road for a better place.... trust me!

Terrible Place

I booked this hotel because I was told that the suite had 4 queen sized beds and two bedrooms. All the amenities that this website showed the room had none of it. Not even fresh towels or a blow dryer. When I went to the desk all the person had to say was that he was sorry and that his manager had to fix the website. He refused to refund me for false advertising. The condition of the room was horrible with stains on the mattresses and roaches. It also smelled terrible. There was nothing good at all about this hotel.

When we got their thay didn't have the room I ask for but he found one we could use but we pulled out the bed in the couch and found nasty sheets thay told us that would clean our room every day but thay didn't clean it on sunday she said thay didn't have extra sheets or pillows just not the best I have ever stayed at

Apartment converted to hotel ?

First of all....I think this was converted from an apartment bldg. to a hotel. The toilet ran all night and didn't flush properly, The TV in the front room didn't work, floors we're not vaccumed, miss matched paint on the walls (some not completed), and holes in the wall.I will never stay here again !! Total rat hole !! And cheap tickets didn't save me anything, in fact, the motel 6 2 blocks north was $8.00 a night CHEAPER than what I paid, I'll never use cheap tickets again either !!!
