Took us 2 hours to check in and messed some of our itinerary. We were told no room to offer for my booked room type. My check in time was not late, I don't know why my room was gone. The staff then downgraded us to a small room for the first night. We booked same hotel in order not to waste time for pack and unpack the suitcases, with a trade off of longer driving distance to different sightseeing points. At the end, we wasted at least 2 hours on check in, and time on pack and unpack, plus long driving distance because the hotel overbook. Unpleasant experience. The bed only got two pillows which are super flat. With that amount of per night fee, I would expect better service and better experience. Overall, it doesn't worth that much, with a gamble of two hours time to check in plus checking our luck to wish it is not overbooking.
