"The customer service was excellent, room was very clean, bed was EXTREMELY comfy, and we got a free upgraded room which was nice! We also were able to get a slightly longer checkout time and that helped us a lot. We found out that for future trips, we can bring our bunnies! So that’s a huge plus. Overall we are very happy with this hotel and will stay there again."

"Enjoyed my time here. Lovely views and great restaurant and bar. Pool was a bit hard to access. It was February but also shower room has no door direct to the pool unless I could not find it. Otherwise very nice. Hot apple cider at the door was very was much appreciated. Good coffee in the room. The view was very relaxing and room a good size. Was happy there. "

"It was wonderful staying there. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Food was fantastic in both the restaurant and pub. The relatives that I alerted to stay there all showed up so the cafe got used quite a bit. I know where I am staying in the future when I need to visit Vernon BC. "

"Amazing location and offseason rates are tolerable given the downtown waterfront location. There were a few things about the suite configuration that were odd, but nothing that would make me choose against staying there again. Having a full kitchen, not to mention spectacular lake views, make this place worth staying at."
