Find Hotel with a Concierge in Okanagan Valley

"Everything was clean,on-point,,the room felt cold and the aircon seem not to be working ,but the service was great,healthy breakfast served "

"No breakfast included but the night we stayed the fire alarms went off due to tech issues, not once but 3x. That was a real treat. lol So in the am the hotel staff had left a nice note under our door apologizing and sharing that they had complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby for us and they waived our parking fee. So that was a nice way to say sorry for the not so great sleep. We only live an hour away from this hotel, but stayed so we could enjoy a night out. We were able to walk downtown in about 10 ish minutes and walk back. So a nice central location. Next time, this time of year, I will bring my skates to enjoy the outdoor rink just down the street from the hotel. Overall the staff, room, pool, hottubs, cleanliness, location was super!! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Amazing ... the decor for the holidays was out of this world! The fireworks and ice rink were magical and the staff was so accommodating!! 5 stars all the way! We will be back next holiday season."
