"Room was clean. Staff was helpful until they didn't acknowledge my late checkout & kept knocking on my door even though the do not disturb sign was hanging on the door knob outside. Was nice to be able to park right outside our door. Now after our stay... I was under the impression $100 deposit put on a credit card would be returned immediately and I'm still waiting days later. Now I'm being told it can take up to 10 business days that's not cool. I offered to pay the deposit in cash so I could get it back right away that was not an option. So needless to say I'm a little bummed with that part of the transaction."

"A wonderful stay in a rustic place. We ended up not bringing in suitcases due to our room being up two flights of stairs which was a minimal pain. Staff were kind, property was beautiful, and a relatively easy drive to Paradise! The bar and grill next door/connected to the property was a happy surprise."
