Small but tasty breakfast, good sized and newer room, nice check in staff. Hotel room floors aren’t dirty but could use a deep clean, especially below the toilet.

A comfortable and well-run hotel with good service and a pleasant lake view. The Japanese-style breakfast was very good, though not outstanding. Hakone Airu
Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. Would stay here again, loved the private onsen.

Hakoneso
Nice quiet neighborhood tucked on top of a hill. Place was clean, modern and well stocked and convenient to Hakone-Yumoto station (10 min walk). Recommend!
