"I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ogden, Utah, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The biggest issue was the noise. My room faced Washington Boulevard, and throughout the night—until around 3 AM—there were cars cruising loudly up and down the street. The constant engine revving and street noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. Beyond the noise, the overall experience just didn’t meet expectations for a Hilton property. A hotel stay should provide a comfortable, quiet environment, especially at night, and this fell far short. Sleep quality is a basic expectation, and that simply wasn’t delivered. If you’re considering staying here, I would strongly recommend requesting a room that does not face the main road—or possibly choosing a different hotel altogether if quiet is important to you. I asked to be moved to a quieter room and was told none were available. I asked for earplugs and was told none would be provided. Overall, very disappointing."

"I had an unexpected event to attend in Utah. This hotel was in the perfect spot to attend this event. It is also located near everything you need. Food. Walmart. Etc. There was no microwave or fridge in my room, but it was still a great stay. The staff was very patient and kind. They were very accomodating. The room was just what we needed for this short trip. We had a small dog with us, and everything was accomodating for our small dog. We will be staying there again."

"Our room was quite large which was nice. The beds were pretty hard and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. I feel like this was a good hotel for the cost."

"There was nothing to like. The first room was disgusting. The microwave looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned, and the fridge was the same. The bed covers had stains on them. The floors were filthy, like I am talking had not been vacuumed or washed in ages. Went to call the front desk to complain, and the phone was covered in dust and dirt and didn’t work. I went to the front desk. The lady at the front desk said she was the head of housekeeping, and she was going to move us to a room she had cleaned herself. She came up to our current room and took pictures of the filth. She took us to the other room. It was no better. The bed covers also had stains on them and a bonus of cigarette burns. The fridge and microwave weren’t much better. The floor was as bad a the first. Also, the stairs up to the second floor also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. I could go on and on…don’t stay here….."

"My children loved the breakfast. I don't have any pets so no need to be pet friendly for me. I prefer not to have pets at any hotel I stay at. They clean rooms every other day would prefer clean ROOMS EVERDAY ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY CHARGE EXTRA ON THE WEEKENDS!!!!!!!"

"Shower control was impossible to completely turn off. Dripped for two days. Also, shower curtain rod was loose from the wall preventing the curtain from closing all the way so water sprayed all over the floor."
