"The staff were so friendly and helpful, that was great. And the food was really good - excellent choices at both breakfast and dinner. I ended up feeling too full to try everything! The hotel is near both the station, and the centre of Seefeld, so good access is offered. We had a good sized bedroom and a nice balcony. The receptionists were always helpful with advice, and finding out more information for us."

"Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found). The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good). Spa was not as good as expected. Steam bad was not having good steam and the sauna was small and not as strong as expected."
