Great breakfast as always, clean, very nice staff "Victoria" has my best recomendation, see you soon.
Great location very close to the train station and the old city. Very simple room, but the super comfortable common areas really make up for it. We had our train to Copenhagen in the afternoon, and it was really nice to have somewhere cozy to sit with a cup of coffee even after check-out! Breakfast was delicious and the staff really friendly and helpful... Couldn't ask for more!
I stayed at this hotel for one night during my road trip to Sweden. The reception staff at night was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was also great and the cost performance of this hotel is really great.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable property with easy access to local attractions and old town. Loved the sitting room, breakfast and rooftop deck
Very friendly reception from the young lady. Nice atmosphere, comfortable lounge area. Free hot drinks are nice too. Very close to everything in the old town, very walkable. About 8 mins walk from the train. Comfy bed. Good place to stay.
I had a nice stay at City Hotel Nattergalen, and I will definitely stay at this hotel another time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It was a little bit windy, but the terrasse at the rooftop was great.
overpriced. Old washroom and tiny room. other stuff good.

Good size on tve room and excellent location. Poor ventilation, and quite old standard on the furnishings. The breakfast was good, nothing extra but had what was expected.
Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location.
Room was freezing cold first night due to radiator malfunction, but staff tried to help and issue was fixed before second night. Room was big, a bit outdated decor, but clean and staff was very friendly/serviceminded. Wonderful rooftop terrass with nice view over the city

Small room
On the plus side, the hotel is under ten minutes walk from the train station, the breakfast was simple but good and the staff were great. However, the room was small and stuffy. There wasn’t any ventilation apart from the window onto the main road so it was a bit noisy.

Great centrally located hotel
Charming city-style hotel with smaller rooms but centrally located in the heart of Odense. Walking distance to many major attractions incl. H. C. Andersen's Museum, Odense Teater, shopping district, etc.
I had a small room with a queen bed. Spent very little time in the room as I was exploring the city for most of my stay.
Breakfast buffet was included in my stay, and this turned out to be a feast with all kinds of delicious breads, scrambled eggs, sausages, yoghurts, granolas, nuts, juices. Really, really nice!
The room was VERY small for a family of three. The sink was very slow draining and finally blocked on our last night.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice but no toaster. The yoghurt and chia seed pot was very tasty.
Free coffee and hot chocolate on tap 24/7 outside the breakfast room.
Free enclosed parking at the rear so no need to park across the street in the public car park for a fee.
I stayed for 1 night. Room was spacious enough and quiet. Shower was good and toiletries also. Only pillow was a little soggy for my taste but I slept well anyway. Room had 2 reading lamps and no light on the ceiling so might be a bit dark in the winter. Breakfast was tidy and enough. Complimentary tea and coffee were available by the breakfast room for the whole day which was nice. Old town sights were a few minutes walk away. Train station 10mins. I liked this little hotel.
