"Delightful welcome with detailed explanation of facilities and help with organising a conference room for an hour. We had 2 King Golf rooms, large rooms with lovely balcony and view of golf course, one kangaroo, lots of birds, great bed and adequate bathroom, nice products. Enjoyed Happy hour and pleasant dining. "A great hotel! We stopped for the night and we were so impressed with the hotel, I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately we had a flight to catch. The rooms have recently been renovated and were just perfect, the location was an easy access to the domestic terminal. I have already recommended it it to our local friends. The harbor and surrounding area were pretty and many restaurants to choose. Check in/out were very easy. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever fortunate enough to come back"

"This property was not what was expected. The photos and description provided are far from the actual state of the room and are obviously very old. There is only one restaurant, not 3 as described. The misinformation even went as far as another booking site describing this place as a hotel, a 5 star accommodation and top 10 romantic location, so far from the truth. It is a motel, and a cheap motel at that. Very noisy from cars, people and machinery (not sure what it was). Would not recommend if you are looking for a nice, relaxing and comfortable room and for more than 1 night."

"Room was stunning, balcony was huge. All appliances were brand new. It was an amazing room and the location was incredible as well, short walk to restaurants, pubs,cafes and shopping. "

"Booking was not completed as we cancelled it when before completion. No confirmation emsil was sent however we got charged in full we contacted the office they said contact Expefia for a refund we did this and Expedia told us to contact Eden Bay we did again they had to check with manager and would call us back still waiting 5 days. Do not stay there they are unprofessional."

"This is an older hotel but it’s still well maintained, I had my daughter and 2 grandsons stay with me and it suited our needs. Kids loved the spa. Room was clean, maybe under the couch needs checking as we moved it and swept up what was under it. The grounds were exceptionally clean. The communal clothes line was a great idea. Single bed was uncomfortable but the Queen seems better"
