"Our hotel was great except for check-in. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready. That's acceptable, but the woman at the front desk wasn't very accommodating and she never called us to let us know that our room was ready. Finally, I went back in just before 3:00 and she said I forgot to call you."
