「When we got to our room I noticed there was a shower cap covering the smoke detector and the room had a musty smell. In hind sight I should have just asked for a new room, but when I checked in they said the hotel was fully booked, so I didn’t think it would be possible. The pool was nice for my kids, but there were really rowdy and loud kids in the pool past 10 pm screaming and kicking a soccer ball all throughout the walkway by our door. 「The property was in the midst of renovations. We did not see a rooftop bar and terrace, breakfast buffet or private beach. In all fairness we were there less than 24 hours and may have missed things. The room was very clean, comfortable and location is phenomenal for our needs. IWe would stay here again」

「The smell of whatever they use to clean the rooms was overpowering. I had to air the room out but it lingered throughout my stay. At least it’s clean though.」

「Air conditioning sucked there. Were stains on the sheets they lied about having a fitness center was only there 3 hours and wanted to leave but couldn’t because they wouldn’t give me a refund. The phone in the room didn’t work none of the ice machines worked but the one on the first floor. The breakfast was so gross the waffle was dry and flavorless and the juice was so water down not funny. They had bugs crawling around.」

「Stayed overnight for a concert at the hard rock and the prices for some of the more common hotels in AC were astronomical. We found the Seahaus hotel in our search and we are so happy we did! The rooms were extremely clean, no noise outside the rooms that we could hear, the staff upon arrival was extremely kind and efficient with check in. We got to enjoy the 24 hour snack bar area after our concert and also enjoyed breakfast downstairs the morning after. Staff there was also courteous and quick...
