やや古めだが快適。気配りもあり。

部屋自体は古めでしたが、清潔に保たれていました。ロビーには帯広に因んだ漫画（荒川弘の銀の匙、鋼の錬金術師が全巻）があり、子供たちは喜んでいました。

静かにゆっくり滞在出来ました

お部屋の設備は古いですが、その割にとても清潔に保たれていて好感が持てました。夜は周りの滞在者の気配をほぼ感じることもなく、朝までぐっすり眠れました。朝食はチェックイン時に既に定員となっていて申し込めなかったので、次回は是非朝食付きのプランで申し込みたいと思います。

お勧めします！

当日予約の深夜到着という迷惑な客でしたが、フロントの方も26時過ぎにも関わらず気持ち良く迎えて頂きました。 予約のさいもスモーキングルームを間違えて予約してしまい、慌てて電話で、ノンスモーキングの部屋に変更とこちらも気持ち良く対応して頂きました。 更に大人4人ファミリーに3ベッドルームだったのですが、エキストラベッドを1つサービスしてくれました！嬉しかったです！ とても居心地よく快適に過ごせました。お風呂も広く快適でした。次回も是非、今度はゆっくり滞在したいと思います。よろしくお願いいたします。

スタッフの対応、無料の夜食は問題ありません。ただ建物がかなり古く、掃除も行き届いているとは言えません。壁紙などは貼り替えであり一見綺麗そうに見えますが、テーブルがきちんと拭かれておらず汚れがついたまま、照明の中は虫も入っており、水回りは最悪です。お風呂は裸足では入れず使い捨てのスリッパを履いて入りました。次からはもっと慎重に選びます。

スタッフの方が親切でした。各階に加湿器やズボンプレッサー、数種類の枕等々が置いてあって、使いたい人が部屋へ持って入るシステムでしたが、この規模のホテルでしたら大変合理的ですね。宿泊者が一々お願いしなくてもよいところが良い。
