「Room, breakfast, reception, location are all very good. Special thanks to Bret , gave us very detailed info for Lithgow and Capertee. We have very good experience in Katoomba becuz we did stay here. Price is unbeatable compare to other hotel nearby！」

「The room was ok for the price. Downsides were; I couldn't park in front of my room, they didn't turn the heat on untill I arrived and in the middle of winter the room was freezing, and very draughty due to the open slat bathroom windows (it was frigid in the morning). The shower had shaving stubble on the wall, so cleanliness could've been better, and there was no bathmat provided for the freezing cold floor. 「Staff were both very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good assortment of cereals and spreads and a modest choice of teas. The room I was given was spacious and had a carport to park my motorcycle under which, was very appreciated as it rained on the second night of my stay. All in all I would not hesitate to stay here again.」
