「Perfekter Service, hervorragendes Essen, alles blitzblank sauber. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Wellnessbereich und auch sonstige Bereiche im Hotel sind sehr schick und gemütlich. Zwei Kleinigkeiten sind mir aufgefallen: es gab auch im Innenbereich viele Fliegen und Wespen. Da könnte man sich vielleicht was einfallen lassen. Außerdem würde dem Duschkopf der Regendusche öfter mal eine Entkalkung gut tun.」

「Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen SPA Bereich. Das ganze Haus wirkt ein wenig nüchtern mit dunklen warmen Farben und einem ausgeklügeltem Lichtkonzept. Die verbaute Technik begeistert. Wer es gerne deftiger mag (Burger, Pizza) ist im Restaurant gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück war Top auf 5* Niveau. Ein wenig Kritik darf sein: die Symbole der Bedienungsfelder sind für lesebrillenbenutzer etwas schwierig zu erkennen.」

「Considering the price, it was an excellent choice. Beds were good, rooms were clean, with a bit of wear and tear but nothing excessive. No AC - OK when it was 14C outside. Out of hours check in available: call them on the day of arrival and you will get the instructions on WhatsApp.」

「Great location right on the Danube and 4 blocks from St Stephen’s Cathedral. The room was immaculate, lots of hot water and the AC worked great. If it’s an issue all the tv channels are in German, but that’s not why we were there. Marvelous breakfast buffet included with room. All the food was fresh, plentiful and diverse. 「The towels were not soft, but felt very rough. We would recommend replacing with a better quality of towel. The beds were too hard for us (Americans), but Europeans appear to prefer harder beds. Breakfast had lots of options. Would recommend adding gluten free breads if possible.」
