The Tanya was really a great stay. The Onsen water is wonderful; the staff is great, as well as the food. It is as clean as it can be considering its age and number of visitors. I will go back again.

Mercure Miyagi Zao Resort & Spa
We tried both Japanese room and western room and both are good but we preferred the latter. We also love having snacks and drinks in the lounge area and it’s free. I don’t drink alcohol but my family members do and they love it. The onsen is also good.
