I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is well-situated, near to the Zocalo, and touristic places. The staff is friendly. They offer breakfast at a rezonable price, and really good stuff! I highly recommend this photel for any traveller looking for a good location in Oaxaca

Patio Pombo is unique. I loved the art work around in the hotel and pieces that gave it character. The staff was friendly, offering tips for things to do and sites to visit and even offered to arrange transportation. We really enjoyed the location, right beside two great markets, many chocolate and mole factories and only a couple blocks to the Zocalo.

I rented 2 rooms , my room was at the third floor , no elevator very tiny room the hallway to get to the room its so narrow you can only fit half of your body, they charge me extra for another person for the room that fit 2 person just because by mistake ,I put 1 person instead of 2 , the room at the first floor does not have AC only fans , no laundry service when in the app it said they do. we had no such a good experience with this hotel.

It was impossible to sleep in this hotel. The room had a window without curtains that allowed the bright corridor lamp to flood the bed. I complained to reception the first morning, but nothing was done.

horrible water pressure, paper thin walls, mosquitoes, asked to fix water pressure & service man walked in abruptly without knocking invading privacy, door man was very rude in kicking out guests who were visiting us at the room- he stated that because the room was only for 2 people it could only host 2 people, rude a lot of noise from the restaurant

This was probably the worst hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. You are cat-fished with the pics and told you will receive things that you actually will not get if you book here. Breakfast was 1 coffee and 2 pieces of toast! My husband killed 2 cockroches in the dining area in front of the staff and they were not concerned at all; There was NO WIFI in our room. Our DIRTY room was actually in a very strange location of the hotel (a weird room on the roof of the building that could only be accessed by three flights of stairs and a very narrow hallway. The bed was truly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The calcium buildup on the shower head didn't allow for an actual shower and the toilet didn't flush! Even still, when we demanded a different room for all these reasons, they only provided us one AFTER we paid more money! The second room wasn't much better. It was on the first floor but only the toilet worked. still no WIFI; still the most uncomfortable bed ever; still no regular breakfast. They refused to refund us, so we ended up having to leave for a week and go somewhere else. BEWARE!!

Das gebuchte Standardzimmer (auf dem Foto links hinten) hatte kein Fenster. Es war klein, muffelte, das Bad fühlte sich feucht an. Die einzige Quelle natürlichen Lichts kam über den Innenhof bei geöffneter Tür. Wir lehnten den Bezug des Zimmers ab. Ein angebotenes, helles und zu belüftendes Zimmer im OG - auch mit Klimaanlage - nahmen wir zu einem Aufpreis an. Das Hotel ist in einem Gebäude aus den 1910er Jahren mit Jugenstildeko eingerichtet. Es fanden zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts Bauarbeiten im Restaurant statt.

En la app decia check- in a la 13:00 horas en el hotel el check-in es a las 15:00 fue el primero incoveniente tuvimos se comento el horario que decía en la app refierieron groseramente que ese no era su problema que esperar para que nos dieran la habitación, mas tarde huvo problema con el agua de la cual no pude bañarme de igual forma se comento lo del agua refiriendo groseramente que ese no era su problema
