「Perfect」

「Great staff. But the management should look into the cleanliness, especially in the common areas.」

「Clean Room, great staff and fully air conditioned」

「No matter is room cleaness, facilities, quietness Services Perfect, 5stars」

「The hotel provides excellent facilities and fitness room and spa, so enjoy to stay here」

「Airport shuttle is expensive. They charge more than the taxi fare」

「Good if you’re on a budget and also if you don’t have a car. The parking inside the hotel is extremely inconvenient and a lousy design.」

「Good, clean, tidy with professional staff.」

「Great hotel, customer service A++ from checking in with Ali to the lovely Hospitality from Elizabeth, The entire staff made us all feel at home. The rooms are amazing and the views are stellar. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and breakfast.... yummy!! A mix of special order and mainstay buffet items and the fresh fruit and homemade bread ... yummy, my favorite was the avocado toast with poached egg! Delish!」

「NONE」

「I really don't have a bad word to say regarding the staff, they were all quite helpful and friendly. My low rating is related to the hotel itself, it's just so run down and is in desperate need of a remodel or refurbish. I was handed a fresh towel at the pool that was covered in bleach stains. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, there was nothing on offer besides bread, cheese and fruits which was a let down. It was offered at a cheaper price because of this (1.5BD) but maybe taking...

「飯店還蠻新的，感覺乾淨，服務也不錯。位置不在市區，交通較不方便。但如果自己開車還算可以。」
