The rooms are out dated and need new air con units . The carpet was old. Bathroom fixtures old and air con units ran VERY noisy all night

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was a little stuffy when we first arrived. The door was hard to open, it felt stuck. We had to push it hard. The rooms can use an upgrade. However, the hotel itself was pleasant.

Extremely disrespectful racist and rude front desk staff. Unresponsive and dismissive management for concerns. One of the most shockingly bad hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Hilton needs to investigate this hotel.
