「We really appreciated the upgrade to a better room and the free bottle of vino! Everyone was very nice and helpful and the property was very close to the gondola. What we didn’t appreciate was the constant expectation of tipping. 「We have now stayed here twice! We love the location, the staff, and the rooms. However this time I was disappointed that the room smelled of stale cigarettes! We kept the windows open and that helped! New cart would be amazing to help with this!」

「Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!」

「Location was excellent, parked when we arrived and walked everywhere we went for the 3 days we were there. Small issue with the toilet - I mean small toilet, really too small for an adult male.」
