「The room was clean and comfortable. It looks just as described. Staff friendly. I think it was very affordable and close to everything we wanted to see. It is a real gem. My only issue was the beach access- we only seen a private entrance to it but we didn’t ask if we were allowed to use it. I would definitely stay again!」

「We had a great stay at the Grand Beach Resort! We went for Memorial Day weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodating nature of the staff (especially Adriel!!!) . They handled our minor concerns with care and professionalism and the room was clean, breakfast was timely and tasty, and the beach was maintained and so enjoyable - all for a reasonable price, even on a holiday weekend. I will DEFINITELY be back when I return to Traverse City and will recommend to others.」

Front fountain is broken and full of gross pond water, sign is dingy and cracked, elevators filthy and in disrepair.
