「We checked in after 8pm and the loby was closed, a paper sigh directed guests to use the "window" around the side was a security window, buzzer and tinny, scratchy speaker . A woman inside was sweeping and looked annoyed and finally acknowledged my presence. She was less than welcoming and curt.
