「There are quite a few hotels in Dar Es Salaam, but never judge a book by its cover. I have been to many different high price beautiful exterior hotels in Dar Es Salaam and none of them provided the service like Sleep Inn Hotel City Centre. Customer service is excellent and friendly staff, convenient location, variety of foods and restaurants. Clean bathroom, clean rooms. The overall hotel is a gem. Whenever I return to Tanzania, that's where I'll be staying. 」

「This was the second time I stayed at this hotel the room was clean, they provide laundry service free of charge to your clothes. There is always coffee and a kettle in the room, the breakfast is variety and good. The staff are very friendly. Their furniture is not the recent style but it is clean and comfortable. 」
