The customer is first at the Hotel Emperor

Incredible hotel with great customer service. They will bend over backwards to help you with any travel-related needs, whether it be to make your bookings, giving you directions, help you recover forgotten items, and help you form tour groups to save on private boat rides, taxis, etc. Other hotels will not help you with that because the more tours they book, the more commission they make. Rooms were clean, AC was cold, shower was hot, and wifi was decent which is about the best you can hope for in Inle. The location was also excellent, as it's a short, easy walk to the JJ Express and many great restaurants. Of all the places I stayed in Myanmar, this was by far my favorite. On the last day I was short on both cash and time, and so the concierge even took me to the ATM so I would not miss my bus! I had stayed at Golden Fish previously and it was a big disaster, so I moved to the Hotel Emperor. Despite it being a little higher in price, my only regret was that I didn't do it sooner.

Il personale di questo hotel è semplicemente meraviglioso! Sempre sorridente, disponibile e con una cura particolare per ogni cliente. La struttura è ben localizzata: vicina sia agli imbarchi che ai ristoranti. L'hotel offre anche gratuitamente l'uso delle biciclette. Peccato che le condizioni della stanza non sia buone. Entrando si sente forte odore di umido, alcune prese non funzionavano, il bagno si allagava quando facevamo la doccia. Peccato perché lo staff è da 5 stelle ma la struttura avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione.

ニャウンシュエの中では割と高い建物で、屋上からの景色は最高！しかもそこで朝ごはんを頂けるので、朝からいい気持ちになれました！衛生面もいうことなし。wifiも少し弱いけど特に問題なし。スタッフさんがみんなとても親切で、航空会社への電話とか困ったことは全て対応してもらえました。24時間のレセプションもありがたかったです。

素晴らしい湖上体験

2度目のインレー。湖の上のホテルだが、岸に近い。しかしその分、庭園や展望櫓があり、よりパラダイス感あり。ホテル前はパワーボートがひっきりなしに往来し、やかましいが、日没とともに静か。レストランは高いがおいしい。観光スポットがちかくにあり便利。インデインは必ず行くことをお勧めします。素晴らしく景色が待っています。パゴダ群以外にも、右側の小山もおすすめ。

Very close to bus depot and boat jetty!

The hotel staff are incredible. At front desk they allowed us an early check in after our overnight bus trip. The dining room staff were very friendly and accommodating too. The hotel is well maintained, clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds and good sized washrooms. The hotel has good wifi, free bikes and provide hats for the boat ride from the jetty one block away. The hotel is walking distance from the bus depot and close to boat jetty. Sunrise is lovely from rooftop dining room! A lovely hotel - was hard to leave!

チェックインして、外出したまではいいのですが、その間に部屋の窓ガラスが割られてて、ホテルマンの方に対応して欲しいと言ったところ、謝りの言葉もなく、部屋も変えようとはしてくれず、割れた窓を見ながら4人ほどで笑っていました。そしてこちら側から言って初めて部屋を変えてくれました。安いホテルなので仕方ないですが、部屋に侵入された可能性もあります。幸い貴重品などは持って出て行ってたので取られはしなかったですが、正直ホテルマンの対応は最悪ですし、変えてもらった部屋もグレードダウンした部屋ですし、二度と利用したくないです。最初の部屋も写真とは違う部屋でした。感動した旅の思い出が、全て悪い印象になってしまう最悪最低のホテルでした。

overall my stay was very enjoyable. for the price i found everything very acceptable. room, quite large, clean, and well presented. can't complain about anything except the free pushbike seats. i don't know whose backside they were designed for, certainly not mine. the free push bikes are a nice touch though. wi fi was poor at times. not the fault of the hotel. this hotel is very good value for a budget hotel.

Buen hotel en el Lago Inle. Llegamos a él después de un trekking de dos días y tuvimos muy buena acogida. Las camas muy cómodas, el personal atento y la ubicación muy buena. Está limpio y el desayuno es suficiente.

Excelente ubicación y relación precio/calidad

Se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, a 200 metros del embarcadero y de la estación de bus, rodeado de restaurantes y sin problemas de seguridad. Habitación de amplia, confortable, luminosa y muy limpia. El colchón y almohadas excelentes, baño amplio y con amenities adecuados y disponibilidad de agua y café y té de cortesía. Su desayuno es variado, abundante y servido en su terraza con vistas espectaculares del amanecer. Su personal es absolutamente encantador. Se desviven por ayudarte en todo momento; te ayudan a organizar las excursiones a un buen precio.
