"호텔위치가 좋다는 것 말고는 충격적인 환경!! 샤워실에 물이 안내려가서 방을 바꿨는데 그방도 샤워실 물이 잘 안내려갔음. 2박을 하는데 한번만 씼었음. 2박3일동안 청소 안해줌. 이블보가 더러웠음. 한사람의 직원이 밥도 주고 배수구도 점검하고 카운터도 봄. 엘리베이터가 없는데 짐을 알아서 내려야했음. 일박후 아침식사때 달걀 프라이를 부탁했더니 달걀을 사러 가겠다고 함. 두번째 아침에는 달걀프라이를 해줌. 뷔페식이 아니라 현지식인데 채소가 부족했음. 과일은 씻지 않은 상태로 상표가 붙어있는 채로 나옴. 눈이 많이 온 다음날 택시를 불렀는데 호텔앞까지 못들어와서 짐을들고 눈길을 나가서 타야 했음"

"Great hotel - the location was superb, very close to the old city. It is a new building, so it was a bit difficult for the taxi driver to find, but we got there in the end. It was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The terrace has a lovely view, and we had an equally lovely view from our hotel room. I really enjoyed this stay and would definitely recommend."

"Hotel is undergoing a rebrand so when we turned up looking for a hotel by the name we booked, we were struggling to find it. I feel they could have messaged us to let us know in advance. Room we were given was gigantic made up of a large lounge room with a bedroom and bathroom off to the side. Few things could have been better. Bathroom is rundown. Our bath leaked water onto the floor. The shelf above tge sink was not level. Hardly anywhere to put our toiletries. The bedroom had a lack of plug sockets available. As the most expensive of 4 hotels across our Uzbekistan holiday, I would have expected better maintenance within the room. On one of the days our room was serviced but we were not given water replacements had to ask at reception. Roof terrace was odd - never felt like we were supposed to be up there as it was often not set up or it was being set up for a tour group. Breakfast didn't offer a range of hot drinks, tea or coffee only. Location is perfect however, views out of our window were great. Being on ground floor though we had a bench right outside our window where locals collected to chat. This was cute from the outside but mildly noisy from the inside. Hotel helpful at organising transfer to Urgench airport and allstaff were friendly."
