「There was an issue with my booking when I arrived. When the staff couldn't help me, they contacted the owner who quickly arrived from another location to help. She was able to find the issue. 「We had just finished hiking five days the Salkantay and had full intentions of just relaxing for four days and it was absolutely perfect. The view from our room was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very kind but the managers went above and beyond and make you feel at home. The food, wow the food was just exceptional. we ate every meal there and it was all so lovely. We hung out on in the beach chairs and swam by the pool each day. We would definitely come back for another visit.」

NO WIFI in room. also, there is a big TV but there’s no Wi-Fi so you can’t watch anything also the is a bright led light on the patio that cannot be turned off and attract flies and shines into the bed room and patio. the communication was good. they put a huge jug of free...
