We arrived at the hotel around 10pm. We were tired and cold, but as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest receptionist named Yaiza (if I wrote her name correct). She was really helpful, professional and very courteous. She made sure that everything was fine with our stay. She made our stay very pleasant. THANK YOU! Great room was very clean and nice size bed. I will recommend anybody to stay at your hotel. M. H

Location close to central station. noisy. Hot summer night. Air conditioning did not work properly - no cooling. Open window? Too noisy from train tracks below. Nice room though.

Don’t get room by the train tracks

Nice hotel, close to city center, but the room was extremely hot and told front desk about the blower was not working, and possibly due to language barrier said ohh well, open window and it will cool off. Problem was the window was literally right next to train track, screeching brakes, Horns, and locomotives kept us up all night. My children had the room next door and their room was cool. Their air handler was Working.

Das (Doppel-) Zimmer hat eigentlich nur Platz für eine Person. Betten sind schmal, Der (Kleider-) Schrank hat ein einziges Fach für Hemden, Blusen, Pullover, Unterwäsche und was man sonst noch braucht. Es gibt einen einzigen Haken für Mantel, Annorak usw. Für 2 Personen ein bisschen wenig. Das Zimmer wird wg, "Nachhaltigkeit" nur auf Wunsch gemacht. Quatsch: Es soll Personal gespart werden. Unser Zimmer wurde zweimal trotz Wunsch nicht geputzt - weil es der Room-Service bei ausgebuchtem Hotel nicht schaffen konnte. hat. Von wegen Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit. Das Frühstück ist für stolze 17.90 Euro ziemlich dürftig. Der Kaffee dagegen wunderbar. Die Lage zur Altstadt/Weihnachtsmarkt ist sehr gut. .

The location of the hotel is excellent because it is close to the train station and close to the historical center. The room was clean, has a good size for two persons, and had some amenities which were good for our stay. The availability of two chairs in the rooms of the Premier Inn network is particularly interesting for medium to long stays. The staff is very friendly. We arrived there around 1PM and the receptionist immediately found an available room for our checkin at that time. We did not eat the hotel breakfast, so I cannot evaluate this point. I consider that the price was very good for the quality of the hotel and of the room and would stay there again in other opportunities.

Ich habe die App gebucht. Das günstigste Zimmer war ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer beziehungsweise hieß rollstuhl,freundliches Zimmer so gebucht gemacht komme an hat sie gesagt ja ich hätte ein Behinderten Zimmer besucht ja ist mir bewusst einfach ohne mich zu fragen einfach Zimmer ein Standard Zimmer getauscht Was der Regel weniger kostet eine Frechheit, 30 m² gegen 15 m², ohne meines Wissens zu tauschen. Genau dieses behindertengerechten benutzt das aus dem Feuchteinlauf Boden Einlauf. Es stinkt, weil es zu trocken ist. Es stinkt nach Abwasser und es kommt noch dazu, dass sie das die Tür vom Zimmer offen lassen, dass er erst recht das ganze Zimmer stinkt.
