on a plus side the staff is mostly friendly. What I don't like is how dirty this place is. Stains are on every piece of furniture. Dirty rugs. Sheets and bath towels are ok, they just smell weird. Four star rating for this place is obviously a joke.

Unsere Aufenthalt war allgemein gut. Personal ist nett. Einzige dass die Bilder auf der Webseite haben nicht so ganz der Realität entspricht. Möbel war nicht in bestem Zustand bei 4 Sternen Hotel. Wegen viel Verkehr war laut da viele Baustellen in der Nähe sind. Personal war nett und es wurde jeden Tag Zimmerservice angeboten extra immer kostenloses Wasser und andere extra Sachen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die ganze Aufenthalt hatten wir gutes Schlaffen. Im Großen und Ganzen alles gut. Personal hat bei ständigen Fragen von uns immer geholfen.

A nice hotel and the main bonus of this one is the staff. They could not do enough for us in terms of helping us find our way around Astana for the first time.

Affordable luxury in Astana

Very good hotel, breakfast buffet included, all at a very good price. Staff all very attentive and friendly. Made to feel welcome by everybody there - a great ambassador for Kazakhstan!

Esperienza pessima. Appena arrivate in stanza abbiamo trovato molta sporcizia sulla moquette. Nel bagno c'erano residui di escrementi e insetti vari. La reception era molto inospitale e con molta poca conoscenza dell'inglese. Per non parlare del ristorante, nessun menu in inglese, solo in russo, nessuno parlava inglese e abbiamo aspettato un'ora e mezza per un piatto di zuppa.

Not the best, but I would stay there again.

The hotel photos really looked more impressive than the reality is, but still it's a decent place where you can get a good sleep in reasonably comfortable room. The room (I had a higher class room) was below my expectation, especially the bathroom, which featured a full featured hydromassage and steam bath cabin, which was actually tilted back, mounted up on some wood pads and quite uncomfortable to climb into, because it was much higher than designed. The bed comfort was not bad, heating/air conditioning is very good, wifi is difficult to use (multiple login requests, blackout periods, dropouts). Buffet breakfast was quite nice. Local area is about 4-5 km from the city centre, but is easily accessible by Uber or Yandex for a very low price, compared to everything you have experienced in Europe. There are also some bus options, but if you are not a local, you really have no chance to get any info about the bus routes.

Good quality, reasonable price

Stayed here previously and for the second time was upgraded to an enormous suite. Bedroom facilities extremely clean and serviceable though bathroom was a touch small in proportion to the rest of the space. I was very impressed with the reception staff. Breakfast nothing special but evening meal of sushi was good.

Удобный отель, комфортный одноместный номеркроме слив в душевой кабине плохо работает) с хорошим матрасом для крепкого сна, очень приветливое и отзывчевое обслуживание, отличный завтрак, предоставили в день отлета ранний завтрак. Хорошее расположение отеля - рядом супермаркет, рынок, недорогое кафе с национальной кухней с быстрым обслуживанием. Рядом уютный бильярдный клуб.

Bardzo sympatyczna i bezproblemowa obsługi. Hotel usutuowany w pobližu starej Astany. W pobližu olbrzymi sześciopiętrowy bazar Artiom. Obok supermarket otwarty 24 godziny. Nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem restauracji z przyzwoitym jedzeniem. Hotel polecam.

OK hotel not far from Astana centre

Quite a small hotel, friendly staff, quite a good restaurant, overall OK. I was woken by thundering children on the last two mornings, and the attention of housekeeping was patchy (no toiletries on arrival, two days no cleaning). The area is actually quite convenient though not in the centre. There's a supermarket next door which is handy.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, sometimes slow wifi

Overall I had a very pleasant stay with helpful staff who spoke English and were accommodating in terms of providing city maps as well as information. The room was bigger than usual and very quiet, with the large windows opening onto a quiet courtyard. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. Most of the time the Wifi was good, but it did tend to get very slow at times, especially in the evenings.
