The standard of the rooms and premises are low, almost nothing was included, no towels, no parking. The pools and pool area are ok, but below their presentation.

No Wi-Fi in the Bungalows. Partly not well maintained facilities. Air conditioning was mouldy. Public toilets in the resort need to be renovated. Pool was nice.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern im Urlaub und würden nie wieder kommen Wir hatten einen Bungalow Das Badezimmer war eine einzige Katastrophe am Wc war der Deckel lose die Duschkabine war so klein keine Ahnung wie man dort duschen soll Das komplette Badezimmer war mit Linoleum verkleidet es roch sehr unangenehm An einem Tag hat es geregnet da kamm das Wasser am Fenster rein und lief in eine Steckdose Wir waren wirklich schockiert das man sowas noch vermietet Der Pool Bereich ist auch komplett veraltet und marode wir waren nur einmal dort Die Folie vom Becken löst sich überall, Fließen sind locker oder gar nicht mehr vorhanden Wir haben über 2000 € für den Aufenthalt bezahlt plus knapp 170 € für Parken Das ist wirklich übertrieben für den Zustand der Anlage Der Ort und das Personal war das einzig positive

Purtroppo la struttura necessita di parecchie manutenzioni, sopratutto la piscina! Abbiamo trovato i letti rifatti ma sporchi al nostro arrivo, con briciole di pane, non ci avevano fornito federe per i cuscini e abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda... ...non consigliabile, peccato per il personale invece molto gentile e cortese!!!

Sono stato con la mia famiglia 2 adulti e 2 bambini di 5 e 2 anni, per noi è stata la prima esperienza in un villagio per cui eravamo molto scettici ed invece siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi.. Abbiamo preso la soluzione bungalow, carino e accogliente con un piccolo disimpegno fuori con tavolo e sedie per mangiare. Non essendo piena stagione era abbastanza tranquillo percui abbiamo goduto appieno dell'animazione serale e delle piscine con scivoli sia in spiaggia che nel villagio.. Il ristorante non lo abbiamo provato ma il bar si, fornito e un grazie particolare alla barista che ha preparato per mio figlio i pancake grazie davvero. Molto gentili anche alla reception con silvia e rebecca..nel complesso bellissima vacanza, torneremo sicuramente anche il prox anno.. Saluti da Roma

un noioso campeggio

il parcheggio 12 euro al giorno ( c'e tanto spazio dentro del campeggio per parcheggiare l'auto ma chiedono soldi ) , la piscina è piccola e sporca , il pranzo si chiede tutto per 2 ore ( piscina , mini parco per bambini , campo tennis e calcio ) ,wifi proprio non c'è ( prende i segnali wifi solo in reception ) , la spiaggia non è sabbia ( con i sassi e fa male i piedi ) il mare è sempre mosso e non adatto per i bambini piccoli

Trovato villino non troppo pulito all’arrivo, formiche in casa , ragnatele al soffitto, manutenzione evidentemente trascurata, Per la pulizia finale nel caso di chi ha prenotato con Hotels.com era da pagare..(ca. 50 euro non specificato da nessuna parte nel contratto se non sbaglio..) Materasso (ancora) a molle scomodissimo con molle che puntavano sulla schiena.. Animazione e miniclub pressoché assenti… Piscina interna buona , quella sul mare a pagamento (non specificato ne su contratto ne al momento del check-in., 7 euro/giorno..a persona). Serate di intrattenimento mediocri, fa eccezione l’intervento del comico Zelig Cinelli che ci ha fatto passare un ora di puro divertimento una sera. Avevo già soggiornato in questa struttura e non era in queste condizioni..quindi auguro a tutto lo staff un buon lavoro di recupero, ce la possono fare a farla tornare quella di un tempo..La location sarà sempre motivo di attrazione turistica ma va supportata da efficenza nel servizio..forza ragazzi!!

Ho soggiornato 15 giorni in un villino in legno. Al nostro arrivo appare sporco, ragnatele dentro e fuori, bagno pieno di muffa, schizzi di dentifricio, water maleodorante con una evidente striscia gialla all'interno, rubinetti incrostati e perdite d'acqua. Cucina fornita in base al numero degli ospiti, noi eravamo in 4 quindi c'erano 4 forchette, 4 cucchiai, 4 bicchieri, ecc.. Mancavano inoltre le forbici e un coltello per il pane. Tagliere sporco e inutilizzabile, stesso motivo per l'insalatiera in plastica. Piccola veranda grande quanto il tavolo, 3 sedie invece di 4. I villini sono uno a ridosso dell' altro. Il parcheggio è a pagamento, alla modica cifra di 12 € al giorno e non è custodito. Il parchetto ha degli orari di apertura, la sera è sempre chiuso, quindi i miei figli non potevano andarci. Gli scivoli della piscina venivano aperti ad orari, non ho capito perchè. Il bagno vicino alla piscina è già sporco e senza carta igienica alle 9 del mattino, probabilmente sporco ancora dal giorno prima. La piscina della spiaggia è accessibile solo pagando 7€ a testa al giorno e questa cosa non viene specificata sulla pagina e neanche all'arrivo in struttura. Animazione con poca fantasia che proponeva spettacoli e giochi da grest dell'oratorio, il baby club non proponeva niente, le uniche iniziative erano a pagamento. L' unica cosa bella è la posizione in cui si trova, il territorio merita davvero tanto, magari soggiornando in un'altra struttura. Non merita le 4 stelle, ma 2.

Beim Tor bei der Einfahrt könnte für neu ankommende Gäste in englisch und Deutsch eine grosse info stehen was zu tun ist um zumindest zur Rezeption zu kommen. Ansonsten alles wunderbar und sauber, netter service. Gerne wieder.

A Numana

Location scelta essenzialmente per far trascorrere ai bambini una vacanza all’insegna dello svago ed in effetti tra parchetti, animazione, mini club, piscine con scivoli e spiaggia (misto sabbia / ghiaia ma non male), la scelta di è rivelata azzeccata. Sapevo del bungalow ma non mi aspettavo quel forte odore di umidità; aria condizionata che funziona perfettamente, cucina con manopole del gas che si staccavano ma funzionante ...:)....la televisione ... piccola, a tubo catodico e sistemandole solo in cucina (non il massimo). Bagno piccolo ma funzionante (acqua calda inclusa). Parcheggio interno a 7€ al giorno). Mini market interno ma non molto fornito; ci sono comunque supermarket all’esterno della struttura. Se consideriamo il prezzo modico che includeva anche il costo di 2 lettini e ombrellone, tutto sommato ripeterei l’esperienza. Buono il mio voto PS visitate Sirolo (spiaggia degli Urbani)
