Café da manhã bem variado, atendimento excelente, cama confortável, hotel bem localizado, preço dentro do padrão! Pontos negativos, chuveiro elétrico muito ruim pouca água, quartos a acústica tbm ruim, se ouve os quartos ao lado e a rua e a internet que é generalizada em quase todos os hotéis muito ruim a conexão!

O Ilhabela Park Hotel é uma excelente opção para quem visita Brasília! A localização é perfeita, perto do aeroporto, do Plano Piloto e do Zoológico, além de ficar no Núcleo Bandeirante – uma cidade tranquila, com clima de interior, mas cheia de comodidades como restaurantes, padarias deliciosas, pizzarias, academias, bancos e igrejas. O hotel em si é impecável: muito limpo, organizado, com elevador e quartos espaçosos que têm varanda – um detalhe que faz toda a diferença. O café da manhã é delicioso, e a equipe é super atenciosa e educada. Sem dúvida, um ótimo custo-benefício! Recomendo muito e com certeza voltarei!

O hotel é simples, mas tem o necessário para quem quer apenas dormir. Chuveiro bom. Os quartos não são muito silenciosos, mas nada que impeça de dormir. Cama confortável. Equipe de recepção muito atenciosa. O café da manhã é básico. Fica afastado dos pontos turísticos de Brasília.

Mal atendimento, e mal cheiro

Apenas uma toalha no quarto para 2 pessoas e apenas 1 cobertor. Sendo necessário descer para solicitar mais. Quarto com mal cheiro, atendimento muito ruim do recepcionista que fez o checkin, muita má vontade. Pano de decoração na cama estava sujo e com mal cheiro. Cortina não isola totalmente a luz de manhã. Jamais chegarei perto desse hotel novamente.

Sempre fico no Ilhabela quando viu a Brasília a trabalho e nunca decepciona no quesito custo-benefício. Todos os funcionários são muito educados. Café da manhã bom e com variedade. Cama e travesseiros bons. Cortinas blackout q funcionam. Ar condicionado e TV novos. Banho bom. A localização também é boa e com ótimas opções de alimentação perto.
