「The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful....

「Was very impressed with this hotel. Best hotel I stayed in Yerevan. Very big room size with big balcony providing breath taking views of the city, mountains and hotel swimming pool. 「This wasn’t just a hotel it was a villa. Me and my wife stayed for 2 days and we swam ate free breakfast had a huge room with a comfy bed. Stay here and you will not be disappointed. The workers are so kind warm and welcoming, if you need anything just ask and they will get you whatever you need. Thank you to everyone at la defense hotel!」

「The staff is wonderful and incredibly accommodating. The owner really went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The rooms are clean. The only drawback is that the building, furniture, and decor are dated. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, but are sleepable. In general, this hotel is a great option. It's close to the train and metro stations. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants nearby, and the Lusik Aguletsi Museum is a short walk away.」
