「Room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was good but would have enjoyed an egg. I dont eat pork or beef. Everyone there was friendly and helpul. The bar was nice and I enjoyed having a cocktail. Prices are very reasonable in the bar. Deanna is very helpful. The only downside is that i found the mattress to be hard for my preference. 」

Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary! Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. 「That night me and my wife check-in very late like midnight, but the hoster still very nice. The room is clean and the view is awesome, can see the ice mountain. And when we leave they even give us a small gift :D we love this family hotel, it is worth to live there」

「I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal. In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center. I love getting little chocolate treat...
