"Our hotel had no staff and was serviced by another hotel. Directions to access the hotel were never clarified before we arrived. We were not aware parking is offsite and requires bus transfer or where to park. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay in the most beautiful place."

Location matters!
"The location is amazing. You should always stay overnight on the Mont—all the magic happens after most tourists leave. The staff here are lovely; our room was tiny and pretty basic, but clean. In the end, it’s about the location!"

Good spot to base yourself.
"This was a very good spot for a family stay. Plenty of room. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the room in English or French for the kitchenette. The beds were comfy. It was an easy bus trip into the city centre and easy access to main motorways."
