「酒店设施还不错，服务实在是有待提高……各种服务都跟不上，入住退订手续很，也不是核对房间，就是单纯的慢，管理混乱。餐厅餐食上菜特别慢，晚餐点了披萨等了40分钟，还不停的问怎么样？用行动在要小费。在酒店换了一次钱，还直接扣掉一部分，都不是我们主动给小费，整体感觉混乱且贪图小费」
