"Before you book this apartment there are a few things you need to consider. It is about 25 min walk to the main molo area with shops and restaurants. I would not recommend driving.  It is hard to find parking downtown and you have to pay for parking. The local grocery store is about 15 min walk. "Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage und die Ausstattung ist auch in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon. Es wäre wirklich eine prima Unterkunft wenn es keine Probleme mit dem Zugang zur Wohnung gegeben hätte. Um in das Treppenhaus zu kommen gab es einen Code. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten hat es dann geklappt. Oben an der Wohnungstür sollte neben der Tür auch eine codebox sein. Da müsste man erstmal suchen. An der Tür war ein Schlüsselkasten mit 4 Zahlenrädchen aber der Code hatte 5...

"Wir waren im Juli 2024 Gäste in diesem „Apartment“. Bei der Einfahrt in den viel zu engen Keller, den ich nicht Tiefgarage nennen möchte, ging es los. Ein modriger Geruch schlug uns hier entgegen. Im Treppenhaus wurde es nicht besser. Auch hier ein unangenehmer Geruch. Der wackelige Fahrstuhl hat uns dann in die 4. Etage gefahren. Dann standen wir vor der Zimmertür. Hier mussten wir den richtigen Schlüssel aus dem Bund mit 10 oder mehr Schlüsseln suchen. Dann der Eintritt in dieses Apartment....
