Hotel cancelled booking but payment still charged
Didn't stay here as received a message several days after booking that hotel were sorry that they were unable to accommodate the booking, and so I stayed elsewhere. However, original payment by credit card remained, and I am now trying to get it back !

rooms are very different. first i was assigned to a room with very bad condition with broken furnitures, light, air conditioner. and after my request to another room, things got better, the hotel itself is nice, probably just need some upgrade in the future

מלון גרוע, לא להגיע
המלון מוזנח מאוד ציוד שבור ארוחת בוקר דלילה מאוג, בצק אין לקחו לנו את הדרכונים והינו בלחץ ואמרו שזה הנהלים בסרביה (מה שהתברר כלא נכון) בשום מלון אחר לא היינו צריכים להשאיר דרכונים.
המיטה מברזל חורקת נכל תזוזה, המקלחון שבור וחסר כנף, המושב אסלה מפורק, דלת הארון מטבחון מתפרקת וביטלו את הכיור והשאירו פקקים על הקיר, הטסט על הקיר מתקלף.

Hotel met potentie en super personeel !
Lounge t.v ruimte en fitness zijn echt super ! (Wel even overal de rotzooi weghalen ) De kamers een stuk Minder . Weinig oog voor detail , netheid en niet overal schoon ( radiator van de slaapkamer lag op het balkon , balkon was echt smerig ) . Zo jammer want het personeel Is echt super. De kamer waar wij verbleven was een allegaartje van meubels die niet overal even schoon waren . Gaten in het beddengoed komt ook niet goed over . Personeel wil overal mee helpen en is ontzettend aardig .

A spacious, stylish choice with easy free parking
The hotel has enormous, charming rooms with lots of original art, big beds, and abundant seating. Breakfast was good. There is a large lobby and a fitness center adjacent. A large, free parking lot is just across the street. An Italian restaurant is very near and there are other very good restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk. All-in-all, this hotel is a very good choice and our favorite in the part of Novi Sad.

Location is about a good 20-30 minute walk to old town. Hotel staff very accommodating, when we had a couple of issues. Very responsive.
Hotel itself is tired and needs an update. Parking is convenient and breakfast decent. WiFi was spotty at best.

Vi var en familie som besøkte serbiske venner i Novi Sad. Hotellet var på overrasket positivt med hyggelig betjening, store rom, internett og et treningsstudio. Imidlertid var det litt mye støv, noe dårlig lukt og en frokost som ble servert altfor sent i forhold til hva som ble angitt. Hotellet var gammeldags, men det var også på sin måte sjarmerende.

Excellent time at Hotel Gymnas
We found the Hotel Gymnas excellent . The manager , Tamara did all she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible . The rest of the staff always went out of their way to help us and we were sad to leave the hotel at the end of our trip . I would recommend Hotel Gymnas to anyone looking for a hotel in the Novi Sad region .
