「Room was filthy sheets were gross customer service at the front desk was impossible to get and then when you did get somebody to answer the phone or let you in the office, they were rude and would not accommodate, would not give towels or toiletries or even clean sheets」

「Not the best...and not the worst. Reserved King room with sofa bed. When I got into my room, there was no sofa bed, just a chair. Went back to the front desk and requested room with sofa bed. Owner said that there were none available...they were taken. After pointing out that the parking lot was empty, and other discussions, he came up with a room with a sofa bed. (there were only a few guests that stayed at the hotel that night)
The room was OK. It was clean but the bed had a huge...
