「The room itself was clean and spacious, however the shower was impossible to operate without getting the bathroom floor wet. The hotel only issued us with 2 toilet rolls for a 7 night stay and when we requested more as 2 rolls didn't last long with 2 people were told to wait until the next day. They did however give us a box of tissues. Towels were also something we had to request and room service was done only once during 7 nights. 「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」
