The ubiquitous Louise was a fantastic host.
A few stairs to negotiate.
Hotel overlooked the Railway Station and minutes from the Bus Station.

Great Location.
Lovely small hotel, right by the train station and night life, clean and cozy. Free continental breakfast or well worth to upgrade for a nice cooked breakfast for £10.50.
Was upgraded to a great family room with a view of the Castle. The room and hotel had character I wasn’t expecting. Great central location including for the station.

The room its self was clean but it needed renovating. The bed was made of who knows what and I actually scraped my leg on it as it was rough. The walls has cracks badly filled and some brackets in for a bedboard that had fallen down. To think they are still charging full price for this is a joke.
The hotel is in an incredibly convenient location if you're coming from the train station and are staying in the city center. It's interiors are a great mix of retaining the original historic features and updating for guest comfort. The employees were helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
