I would like to bring to your attention that the heating system and hot water were not working till the following mid-day. The entire travel plan got messed up as I was not able to take a bath in the absence of hot water in the freezing cold. I also shared multiple emails, evidence and phone calls with property management till 2 AM on 30th December. The issues do occur but I expect better service from the management to resolve and compensate the issue when they charge hefty fee.

Handy location with off street parking but not clean and sofa covered in dirty marks and no springs

The houses next door are under renovation, a lot of construction wastes are left unattended during our stay, many insects like flies and bugs get in our house when door & windows are opened.
No laundry powder and hair dryer, should state in the hotel info. Only 2 toilet rolls are given for a 3-day stay of a family of 4.
I found color pencils in the bedroom & shampoo cap in the toilet.
