"Tusind tak for et vidunderligt nytårsophold hos The Note fra den 31. december 2025 til den 1. januar 2026. Vi, mor og teenagedatter, havde et fantastisk ophold, hvor vi nød det dejlige værelse, den zen-agtige atmosfære, den grønne regnskovsfølelse, den rolige stemning, de afslappende lyde, de skønne gyngestole, den unikke mindfulnessoplevelse i forest bathing og ikke mindst den enestående receptionist, som var på arbejde den 31. december og igen den 1. januar. Magen til udsøgt service skal man lede virkelig længe efter. Vi ville have købt isterninger i supermarked, som desværre var lukket, men vi fik i stedet af receptionisten en spand fyldt med isterninger og blev også tilbudt at låne to vinglas, som vi ligeledes takkede ja til. Da vi skulle pille vores nytårspynt ned næste morgen, lånte vi af receptionisten en saks til formålet. Derefter skulle vi tjekke ud og have kurs mod bilen, men regnen silede ned, og receptionisten tilbød os straks en paraply. 1000 tak til receptionisten for en fremragende service, væremåde og hjælpsomhed. Sikke en varm gæstfrihed og personlighed. "

"Very nice small hotel which is very close to everything in town and convenient, lots of little shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It is a very short walk to Lego House and also easily walkable to Legoland. Has a cute store attached. The breakfast food was simple but nice. Coffee options could be a bit better. "

"Our second stay at Lalandia. This time we went for a family trip during UK October half term for 6 days in Classic 8 house. Clean lodging and well equipped for kids and our elderly parents. Bring your own hairdryer though! Convenient location from the housing area to the main activity centre at Lalandia, and Legoland. A bit further out for the Lego House/town centre but still walkable distance. Very nice Lalandia staff as well, especially the shuttle drivers who were patient and helpful. Onsite restaurants and supermarket were higher priced as you might expect for a tourist location. Aquadome has some fantastic slides/play areas for the kids. The wristband system for payments, locker and house access was very convenient. Kids are hoping to return again next year!"

"The Lego village was great, our kids loved spotting the lego models and also all the playgrounds around the areas. The Wlid west cabin was clean and well enough equipped for us to make breakfast and packed lunches. The only negative was that when we asked at reception about getting around Billund no one mentioned the free shuttle bus, we only found out about it on our last day. "
