"This is a very nice hotel. My only complaint is the absolutely horrible hide-a-bed. My daughter and I "slept" on it, and it was so bad. It was like sleeping on a bed of rocks. It also squeaked like crazy at the slightest movement. The staff members were very friendly and helpful."

"Staff was upfront before check in letting me know that the elevators were out and gave me the opportunity of getting a room someplace else. We opted to stay even though we were on the second floor as it was already late in the day. The room that we were assigned TVs did not work. Staff transferred us to a different room. That was very comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, waffles, bananas and apples."
