"The floors were dirty, there was a dirty diaper in the second room we were put in. We were moved from a 2 queen bed room to 2 full beds and had to pay the same price "

"Great location and place was nice and updated. They charge for breakfast and their touchiness door locks need some help. Overall, easy to get in and out with the layout and the decor was nice for the brand. Staff was great. "

"Rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was great and there was a supper buffet as well. Complimentary popcorn was an added bonus! Will stay here again if we ever visit Amarillo again."

"The staff was amazing and very helpful but my bed frame made a lot of noise even though it was just me and my dog staying there. The wheelchair accessibility was lacking. The roll in shower was great but the thresholds to get in the room and in the bathroom were extremely frustrating and definitely not wheelchair friendly. The fact that there was no pool was a disappointment. "
