「I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening. 「The place was a dump! They lost our reservation and the people to check us in were gone. The first floor of the “lodge” was a single building, managed by the local rafting company (there weren’t any rafters scheduled) with bunk beds on the first floor (not at all like the picture) and a shared bathroom. I heard from the “maid” (she had a housecoat on) that the second floor was better but we were put off by all the bees and bugs everywhere on the first floor. I can only imagine what the beds...
