"The front desk clerk was very rude when me and my aunt got to our room the television did not work we could not get a signal they had no towels and then we discovered there was no running water and they had roaches needless to say I went up to the office told them I wanted my money back and we went to the comfort inn by the airport and I still haven't received a refund"

"The Staff wasn't real helpful ,The shower and tub.Literaly need replacement,The towel rack fell apart as my wife took the towel off.Rm 234 smoking dop .When I told the staff all he said yep!! We've been having trouble for a week with them and making noice walking around the property at night ? What really Why don't you do something.Not enough towels .3/22/26"

"We stayed here as a Staycation, and it was great. Our kids really enjoyed themselves. The staff was friendly; the rooms are comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay here again."
